1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Player", "you") and Veggies Labs SA, a Swiss société anonyme with registered office in Geneva, Switzerland ("Veggies Labs", "we", "us", "our", the "Promoter"), governing your use of the Escape Saylor mobile game and any associated services (collectively, the "Game" or the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game and uninstall it from your device.
These Terms are concluded between you and Veggies Labs only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Veggies Labs, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Game and its content.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:
- "Coins": the in-game virtual currency that Players collect during gameplay. Coins are points within the Game and have the characteristics described in section 5.
- "Coin Rarity": the visual classification (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, or any other tier introduced from time to time) randomly assigned to each Coin collected during gameplay.
- "Prize Draw": the free promotional prize draw described in section 6, operated by Veggies Labs.
- "Prize": a Bitcoin-denominated reward made available to eligible Players through the Prize Draw, as described in section 6.
- "Prize Asset": the digital asset actually delivered to Players, namely a Bitcoin-equivalent representation deployed on the Starknet network (currently wBTC, or any successor or alternative wrapped-Bitcoin token recognized by Veggies Labs from time to time and disclosed within the Game).
- "Braavos": the third-party self-custodial smart contract wallet provided by Braavos and accessible at https://braavos.app, operated independently of Veggies Labs.
- "Braavos Wallet": a Player's instance of the Braavos wallet, identified by its Starknet account address.
- "Starknet": the public, permissionless Layer-2 network on which the smart contract holding Prize funds (the "RewardPool") is deployed.
- "Claim Authorization": a cryptographic signature issued by Veggies Labs' API attesting that a given Player has accumulated a given quantity and Rarity of Coins, used by the RewardPool smart contract to authorize a Prize release.
- "App Store": the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, on which the Game is distributed.
- "In-App Purchase" or "IAP": any optional purchase of digital content within the Game, processed through the App Store's billing system.
